ایسنا/خراسان رضوی مدیر پژوهشی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد گفت: آنچه در چاپ مقاله اهمیت دارد، تاثیرگذاری بر گسترش مرزهای دانش، توسعه فناوری و تأثیر بر جامعه است و کیفیت مقالات از تعداد آن‌ها مهم‌تر است.

دکتر محمد مصلحیان در گفت‌وگو با ایسنا اظهار کرد: یکی از اهدافی که در سند راهبردی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد به آن اشاره شده ارتقای مرجعیت علمی دانشگاه است. این مرجعیت که در شکل ایده آل آن باید به رهبری علمی در یک موضوع علمی منجر شود توسط افرادی ایجاد می‌شود که صاحب نظریه‌ای نوآورانه یا سبکی خلاقانه‌اند و سایر دانشمندان و متخصصان به نظرات و آثار آن‌ها ارجاع می‌دهند.

وی افزود: در دانشگاه‌های معتبر، برای هر عضو هیأت علمی با توجه به دستاوردهای اخیر او یا برنامه تحقیقاتی آینده وی، اعتباری پژوهشی موسوم به گرنت در نظر گرفته می‌شود که بر اساس آن پژوهشگر می‌تواند تا سقف در نظر گرفته شده، برای تحقیقات خود از بودجه پژوهشی دانشگاه هزینه کند. در دانشگاه تلاش کرده‌ایم که به دستاوردهای با کیفیت توجه کرده و امتیاز بیشتری منظور کنیم تا همکاران خود را به سمت انجام تحقیقات بهتر و تأثیرگذارتر سوق دهیم. آنچه از تعداد مقاله مهم‌تر است، کیفیت آن‌ها است.

تشکیل رسته‌های پژوهشی در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد نشان از توجه دانشگاه به تفاوت ماهوی رشته‌های دانشگاهی دارد

مدیر پژوهشی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد ادامه داد: افرادی که در رشته‌های مختلف مانند مهندسی، تاریخ و روانشناسی فعالیت می‌کنند طبیعتا ماهیت پژوهش‌ها و دستاوردهایشان با یکدیگر متفاوت است. در نتیجه باید میان رشته‌های گوناگون تفاوت قائل شویم. در واقع، چالش‌هایی که در تقسیم بندی سنتی گروه‌های آموزشی بوده و نیز به وجود آمدن رشته‌های نوظهور و بین رشته‌ای ما را به سوی تشکیل رسته‌های پژوهشی سوق داده است.

وی افزود: در حوزه پژوهشی دانشگاه، حدود ۶۵ گروه آموزشی بر اساس ساختار و ویژگی‌های آن‌ها به ۸ رسته مختلف تقسیم شده‌اند. این رسته‌ها خود در ۴ رده، یعنی رده مهندسی، رده علوم طبیعی، رده علوم بنیادین، و رده علوم انسانی-اجتماعی تجمیع شده اند. با تشکیل این رسته‌ها ناکارامدی مقررات سنتی که همه گروه‌های آموزشی را یکسان می‌دید، تغییر داده‌ایم. با استفاده از این روش، علاوه بر اینکه بهره‌وری را ارتقا داده ایم، انتظارات خود را نیز با ماهیت رشته متناسب کرده‌ایم. این رسته بندی اتفاق بسیار مهمی بود که با تدبیر معاون پژوهش و فناوری دانشگاه در حوزه پژوهشی روی داد.

مصلحیان با بیان اینکه یکی از اقدامات مهم حوزه پژوهشی دانشگاه حمایت ویژه از علوم انسانی تحت عنوان علوم انسانی پیشران بوده است، خاطرنشان کرد: علوم انسانی پیشران شامل محورهای تحقیقاتی است که با همفکری اعضای هیات علمی در حوزه علوم انسانی تدوین شده و هدف آن حمایت از تحقیقات شاخص در حوزه‌های معینی است که تاثیرات ملی و بین‌المللی به دنبال داشته باشد.

مصلحیان با اشاره به برگزاری دوره‌های پسادکتری در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد، بیان کرد: یکی از اهداف برگزاری دوره پسا دکتری این است که محققانی که پس از اتمام دکتری مایلند به تحقیقات خود ادامه دهند یا به دنبال به اجرا درآوردن ایده‌های جدید خود هستند، زیر نظر یک عضو هیأت علمی باتجربه کار کنند. در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه می‌توانند از بین داوطلبان و در راستای برنامه پژوهشی خود محقق پسادکتری بپذیرند. دوره‌های پسادکتری کارایی بسیاری دارند، زیرا محققان پسادکتری افراد جوان و پر انرژی هستند که توانایی و تربیت علمی لازم برای کارهای تحقیقاتی را به خوبی دارایند. دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد تا به امروز حدود ۱۸۰  دوره پساکتری را با موفقیت برگزار کرده است.

حمایت ویژه از اعضای هیات علمی در راستای ارتقای مرجعیت علمی یکی از برنامه های پیشرو معاونت پژوهشی دانشگاه بوده است

مدیرپژوهشی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد تشریح کرد: برنامه حمایت ویژه از منتخبان ارتقای مرجعیت علمی از جمله برنامه‌های موفقی بوده است که زیر نظر معاون پژوهش و فناوری دانشگاه انجام شده است. در این طرح از بیش از ۸۰۰ ‪ عضو هیات علمی فعال، حدود ۱۰ درصد از آن‌ها که دارای پژوهش‌های ممتاز بوده و توانایی هدایت محقق پسادکتری دارند انتخاب شده اند. دانشگاه به این افراد امکان برگزاری یک دوره پسادکتری را می‌دهد. داشتن دستیار پژوهشی، تسهیل خدمات پژوهشی، دریافت بودجه جهت خرید مواد آزمایشگاهی و نیز دریافت مبلغی برای پیشبرد برنامه‌های تیم پژوهشی از دیگر مزایای این برنامه برای منتخبین است. مرجعیت علمی یک پژوهشگر از کارایی و اثربخشی دستاوردهای پژوهشی وی و کسانی که از آن‌ها استفاده نموده‌اند مشخص می‌شود.

حمایت از استادیاران جوان یکی از برنامه‌های ویژه دانشگاه بوده است

مصلحیان در خصوص برنامه حمایت از استادیاران جوان، اظهار کرد: استادیاران جوان در دانشگاه ما به اعضای هیات علمی اطلاق می‌شود که سابقه‌ای کمتر از شش سال دارند. این افراد بسیار خوش فکر و پرتوان هستند. طبیعتا در ابتدای کار برای این افراد ممکن است مشکلات زندگی چنان جدی باشد که بر پژوهش آن‌ها تأثیر منفی بگذارد. برنامه ما برای حمایت از این استادیاران جوان ضریب افزایشی امتیاز مقالات خوب آن‌ها و نیز ضریب یک و نیم برای گرنت ۵ سال اول فعالیت آن‌ها است. بهره‌مندی از خدمات دستیار پژوهشی که هزینه آن توسط دانشگاه تامین خواهد شد و نیز گرنت ویژه خرید مواد آزمایشگاهی از امکانات خاص آن‌ها است. به علاوه، به علت شادابی و به روز بودن علمی، به آن‌ها اجازه داده می‌شود در سال‌های اول فعالیت خود، راهنمایی پایان‌نامه کارشناسی ارشد و سپس راهنمایی رساله دانشجوی دکتری را به عهده بگیرند.

وی گفت: آنچه برای حوزه پژوهشی دانشگاه مهم است برون‌دادهای با کیفیت است. یکی از این برون‌دادها مقاله پژوهشی است که  محصول فعالیت پژوهشی فرد است. یک فعالیت پژوهشی ممکن است چندین ماه طول بکشد. نتیجه آن معمولا در قالب یک مقاله ظاهر می‌شود. با مشاهده یک مقاله داوری شده می‌توان متوجه شد که کیفیت پژوهش انجام شده در چه سطحی است. اهمیت یک مقاله علاوه بر کیفیت مجله‌ای که در آن منتشر شده است باید از نظر عمق، وسعت، اهمیت و کارایی توسط متخصصان حرفه‌ای سنجیده شود.

سایت اطلاعات علمی دانشگاه  به گسترش همکاری‌های علمی کمک کرده است

مصلحیان گفت: ایجاد سایت اطلاعات علمی اعضای هیات علمی موسوم به علم سنجی با آدرس http://scimet.um.ac.ir/ یکی از دیگر فعالیت‌های حوزه پژوهشی دانشگاه بوده است. دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد به کمک شرکت آرشیت سامانه اطلاعات علمی اعضای هیات علمی را ایجاد و در دسترس عموم افراد قرار داده است. در این سامانه می‌توان وضعیت کمی و کیفی فعالیت اعضای هیات علمی را مشاهده کرد. این سامانه بنا شد تا محققان سایر دانشگاه‌ها بتوانند توانایی‌های اعضای هیات علمی و حوزه تحقیقاتی آن‌ها را بهتر بشناسند و به گسترش همکاری‌های خود با اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بپردازند.

باید به تمام فعالیت‌های پژوهشی اهمیت داده شود

مدیر پژوهشی دانشگاه فردوسی بیان کرد: همه ما در حوزه معاونت پژوهش و فناوری معتقدیم که فعالیت پژوهشی، صرفا چاپ مقاله نیست، گرچه چاپ مقاله تأثیرگذار یکی از مهم‌ترین فعالیت‌ها است. یک عضو هیات علمی ممکن است تعداد وسیعی از فعالیت‌های مربوط به پژوهش و فناوری را انجام دهد که مجموعه آن‌ها کارنمای پژوهشی اطلاق می‌شود. کارنمای پژوهشی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد دارای ۱۶۰ موضوع خرد و کلان است که تولید و تهیه مقالات پژوهشی بخشی از آن را تشکیل می‌دهد. حوزه معاونت پژوهش و فناوری بایستی تمام فعالیت‌های پژوهشی را در نظر داشته باشد، از آن‌ها حمایت کند و برای همه آن‌ها اهمیت متناسب قائل شود. این فعالیت‌ها شامل حوزه‌های تولید و نشر علم، فناوری، اثربخشی اجتماعی، همکاری‌های علمی و نهادسازی است. تمام این مجموعه فعالیت‌ها کارنمای پژوهشی هر فرد را شکل می‌دهند و میزان تأثیرگذاری پژوهشی هر عضو هیأت علمی از مجموع امتیازهای سالانه به ازای هر فعالیت پژوهشی که کسب می‌کند قابل شناسایی است.

ارزیابی، نظارت و تضمین کیفیت امور پژوهشی در حوزه پژوهشی دانشگاه تأسیس شده است

مدیر پژوهشی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد افزود: ارزیابی و تضمین کیفیت امور پژوهشی بخشی از وظایف مدیریت پژوهشی دانشگاه است که در آن بر نحوه اجرای طرح‌های پژوهشی، رساله‌های دکتری، پایان نامه‌های کارشناسی ارشد و دستاوردهای پژوهشی نظارت صورت می‌گیرد.
